After you order Wen or anything from their website chazdean.com you will receive your product and will be debited for it promtply...so far so good right?
Wen may or may not work, (Wen didnt work for me), but, after 3 weeks your credit card will be charged again, this time for a 3 months worth of supply, and it will keep on arriving untill you TRY to cancel. I am saying TRY, because even if you do get through Chaz Dean customer service, they will try to get you to pay for shipping if you want to send them back,but dont let them. Eventually Chaz Dean will give you a return number to put on the box that you are sending back. BUT, after you TRY sending them back their product, Chaz Dean will just return it again and your local post office will keep phoning. Your credit company will only protect you if you have a tracking number when you send back the package, but this will cost you...
So, again, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHAZ DEAN, WEN OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT
